  6. THE SUITABILITY OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR
  7. INFORMATION MADE ACCESSIBLE BY THE SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE.
  8. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
  9. KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
  10. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
  11. PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  BITSOFT DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE

  13. USER OF THE SOFTWARE, WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE

  17. FOR (a) INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
  18. OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE,
  19. EVEN IF BITSOFT DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C. HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE
  20. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (b) FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER
  21. PARTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
  22. INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND
  23. EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  25. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance
  26. with the laws of the State of Idaho and, as to matters affecting
  27. copyrights, trademarks and patents, by U.S. federal law.  It
  28. shall inure to the benefit of BitSoft Development, L.L.C. and any
  29. successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or
  30. proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out
  31. of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE
  32. or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Idaho.  The
  33. parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  36. LICENSE TERMS APPLICABLE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  38. BitSoft Development, L.L.C. ("BitSoft") grants to you a
  39. non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, license to use this version
  40. of QrRotateLabel for QuickReport (the "Software"), in binary
  41. form for evaluation and trial use purposes only.  You can use
  42. the Software for evaluation purposes for a period of 30 days. 
  43. If you use the Software after the 30 day evaluation period, you
  44. must purchase the licensed version of the Software.  Use of the
  45. non-licensed Shareware version of the Software after the 30 day
  46. evaluation period is a violation of U.S. and international
  47. copyright laws.
  48.  
  49. The Software and all associated documentation are copyrighted
  50. products of BitSoft and are protected by United States copyright
  51. law and also by international treaty provisions.  Though
  52. copyrighted, these materials are made freely available for use
  53. by all.  The materials may not be modified in any way.
  54.  
  55. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to BitSoft.
  56. The use or distribution of these products is expressly prohibited,
  57. except as authorized by the terms of this agreement.

  59. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in
  60. and to the Software shall remain in BitSoft and/or its suppliers.
  61. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable
  62. laws of the United States including, but not limited to, export
  63. control laws.  You also agree not to modify the Software or
  64. attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer
  65. the Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically
  66. prohibit such restriction.

  68. BitSoft may terminate this License at any time by delivering
  69. notice to you and you may terminate this License at any time by
  70. destroying or erasing your copy of the Software.  Upon termination
  71. of this License you agree to destroy or erase the Software.

  73. This License sets forth the entire agreement between you and
  74. BitSoft.  By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read
  75. this license, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms as
  76. the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you
  77. and BitSoft Development, L.L.C.

  80. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
  81.  
  82. Permission is granted to any individual or business to distribute
  83. the Software, provided they convey a complete and unaltered copy of
  84. the entire package (except that the complete set of files, with no
  85. additions, deletions, or changes, may be recompressed using other
  86. compression algorithms and tools), and provided they claim no
  87. ownership of these products.  The attached VENDINFO data record is
  88. hereby incorporated by reference.  Any distribution satisfying all
  89. the distribution requirements expressed in that data record is
  90. hereby authorized.

  92. Permission to distribute the Software is not transferable,
  93. assignable, saleable, or franchisable.  Each vendor wishing to
  94. distribute the package must independently satisfy the terms of
  95. this license.

  97. U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  98. U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  99. package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  100. commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  101. the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  102. 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/manufacturer is
